A legal disclaimer
Clark County Auto Care provides automotive repair and maintenance services with professionalism and care. However, all repairs are performed at the customer’s own risk. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, future mechanical failures, or damage caused by aftermarket parts. Estimates may change after inspection. By authorizing service, the customer agrees to these terms and releases the shop from liability beyond the performed repair.

Estimates & Authorization:
All repairs require customer approval before work begins. Estimates are based on initial inspection and may change if additional issues are found. -
Parts & Labor:
We use quality parts and guarantee all labor performed. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts when available. Used or customer-supplied parts carry no warranty. -
Payment:
Payment is due in full upon completion of services. Accepted forms include cash, credit, or check. Vehicles will not be released until the balance is paid. -
Liability:
Clark County Auto Care is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for pre-existing issues or future mechanical failures unrelated to performed repairs. -
Storage Fees:
Vehicles left more than 3 days after repair completion may incur daily storage fees of 100$ per day unless prior arrangements are made. -
Warranty:
Our workmanship is covered for 30 Days. This warranty does not cover neglect, abuse, or unrelated component failure. -
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and notifying us of any prior modifications or known issues. -
Agreement:
By signing or authorizing service (in person or online), the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Owner or owners of business reserve right to terminate contract at any time.
